Processing Time
We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Since all orders are made-to-order from our small shops nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, there could be delays during high volume times.
We process orders 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Each batch is carefully crafted with mountain-fresh quality you can taste.
Shipping Coverage
We ship our artisan freeze-dried candies across the United States from our mountain location. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order based on your location and package weight.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
