All sales are final. Due to food safety regulations and the nature of our edible products, we cannot accept returns of any freeze-dried candy items once they have been received by the customer. This policy applies to all products regardless of their condition, packaging status, or reason for return.

As a food manufacturer, we must adhere to strict health and safety guidelines that prohibit the resale of food items that have left our facility and been delivered to customers.

Refunds & Replacements

While we cannot accept returns on received packages, we will provide refunds or replacements only in the following specific circumstances:

• Missing shipments: Your package never arrived or was confirmed lost by the carrier
• Damaged products: Items were damaged during shipping and arrived in unacceptable condition

Note: Refunds or replacements are not available for received packages based on taste preferences, change of mind, or any other reason once products have been successfully delivered.

How to Report Issues

If you experience shipping or quality issues with your order:

1. Contact our customer service team immediately
2. Provide your order number and describe the issue
3. Include photos if applicable (damaged items, incorrect products, etc.)
4. We'll review your case and provide a solution within 24 hours

Refund Processing

For eligible shipping or quality issues, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method once we've confirmed the issue. No return shipping is required for damaged or incorrect items.
